Hey, I’m Paulo, I am the founder of Transcend Studios. I built Transcend with the vision of you being able to join us and find a space where you feel safe, secure, held and able to heal. A home from home where you get to turn up and get supported in becoming the best version of yourself.
You'll see me serving in the crystal & coffee shop, as well as teaching Qi Gong, Dance Fitness, Yoga and Sound healing here at Transcend. I’m also a Shiatsu massage practitioner, Reiki Healer and EFT practitioner offering group and one-to-one sessions.
I’m really proud to be the founder of Transcend Studios, Eccles. The space has been created with so much love and maintained through amazing connections and beautiful collaborations. I can't wait to share this experience with you all and see you around.

As you’re suspended in a comfortable and spacious cradle, be prepared to be bathed in sound, light and love.
Using the power and science of sound therapy, we use crystal bowls, gongs, drumming and chimes, as well as reiki energy and gentle touch (optional) to guide you through your own unique healing journey.
If the cradle isn’t for you then you can also lay on the mats provided.

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practise that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
Using quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. during this deep mediation experience, you will be guided to relax and let you of any stress and tension you might be holding onto and accept the sound energy into the body to promote healing so you can step into the world feeling refreshed and revived.
Listen to the sounds of the bowls as you journey deep within and experience hands on energy healing to deepen your experience and help you move through life with more ease and grace.
This is an experience of a nurturing sound bathing and energy healing, you will leave feeling held, nourished and renewed.
We do use reclining chairs and floor mats, chairs are on a first come first served basis for those who cannot get up and down from the floor
