What Actually Is Reiki?

Japanese energy healing. Your practitioner places their hands on or just above your body, working with your energy to shift what's stuck.

Think of it as a reset button. When you're stressed or anxious or just holding too much, your energy gets stuck. Reiki helps move it.

Different practitioners work with different types - traditional Usui, Angelic Reiki, Quantum Reiki. Check their bios to see what resonates.

It's gentle. Non-invasive. Works whether you're sceptical or not.

Why Reiki Helps

You're carrying too much. Other people's stress. Your own worry. Physical tension that won't budge.

Reiki gives your body permission to let go. It calms your nervous system, helps process stuck emotions, releases tension you didn't know was there.

People come for anxiety, insomnia, grief, or just feeling overwhelmed. It helps.

What a Session Feels Like

You'll lie down. Your practitioner works with your energy - hands gently on your body or hovering just above.

Most people feel warmth or tingling. Many drift into that space between sleep and waking. Others just feel deeply calm.

After, you'll probably feel lighter. More like yourself. Some people sleep better that night. Others cry. Both are fine.

Who Reiki Is For

Anyone.

You don't need to "believe" in it. You don't need to understand it. Just show up and let yourself receive for a bit.
