Usui Reiki: Level 2

You'll receive your attunement, which strengthens your channel and activates your ability to work with the symbols. The attunement builds on your foundation training, deepening your connection to Reiki frequency.

Then you learn the symbols. Three sacred symbols that enhance different aspects of healing. The power symbol amplifies energy. The mental/emotional symbol works with patterns, beliefs, trauma. The distance symbol enables you to send Reiki to people who aren't physically present.

Drawing the symbols, speaking their names, understanding their applications - this takes practice. You'll use them on each other during training, sending distance healing to people you choose, working with the mental/emotional symbol for your own processing.

Distance healing is the big addition at this course. You'll learn to send Reiki to people who aren't in the room. Family members in other cities. Friends going through surgery. Situations that need energetic support. It works. You'll practice it and feel the energy moving even when the recipient isn't physically there.

Working with mental and emotional healing brings up deeper stuff - in yourself and your clients. You'll notice patterns surfacing, old emotions releasing, beliefs shifting. The training prepares you to hold space for this level of work.

Existing Reiki practitioners often progress to this training when they're ready to deepen their practice. You don't need to wait a specific time after your foundation training - come when you feel called.

Practitioners who want to offer professional Reiki sessions often need this training. Distance healing expands your client base. The additional symbols deepen what you can address. Insurance sometimes requires this as minimum for professional practice.

If you're using Reiki alongside other healing modalities - massage, counselling, energy work - the advanced symbols integrate beautifully. Many multi-modality practitioners find the mental/emotional symbol particularly valuable for supporting therapeutic work.

You need solid foundation training first. The advanced symbols build on your existing channel. Without the foundation, they won't work properly. If you trained elsewhere, check that your foundation training is compatible with this approach.

You’ll receive a Certified Reiki Level 2 certificate upon completion, enabling you to work with clients and progress to Master Level if desired.
