Sound Practitioner Training

You've experienced sound healing. Felt what it does. Now you want to learn how to hold that space for others.

This isn't just learning instruments. It's understanding how sound works on the nervous system, how to read a room, how to create safety for people in vulnerable states. Technical skill meets energetic awareness.

Whether you're already working in healing or you're starting fresh, this training gives you what you need. The instruments. The theory. The practice. The confidence.

What You'll Actually Learn

The course covers the full spectrum of sound healing practice. You'll learn multiple instruments - singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums. Not just how to play them but how different sounds affect different states.

You'll understand the science. How sound frequency affects brainwave states. Why certain tones release tension and others energise. The nervous system's response to vibration. This grounds your practice in something real, something you can explain.

Reading the room. Sensing when to shift the sound. Holding space when someone's processing something deep. Creating safety so people can let go. You practise these things, get feedback, build confidence through doing.

You'll learn to structure a session properly. How to open and close. What to do when someone has an intense release. How to adapt for different groups - trauma-informed approaches, working with children, supporting specific conditions.

By the end, you're accredited and ready to facilitate. You'll have practiced on real people, received supervision, worked through the inevitable moments of doubt that come with any healing work.

Who This Training Is For

Anyone called to work with sound. That's the only real prerequisite. Some people come with years of healing experience wanting to add a new modality. Others are complete beginners following a pull they can't quite explain. Both belong here.

If you're already working in healing - yoga, massage, Reiki - adding sound deepens what you already offer. The combination is powerful. Movement and sound. Touch and vibration. Energy work and frequency.

If you're starting fresh, sound is a beautiful entry point. It's less intimidating than hands-on work for some people. The instruments do part of the work for you - your job is to facilitate, not fix.

You don't need to be musical. Rhythm helps, but sensitivity to energy matters more. If you can feel when a room shifts, when someone needs more or less, when to hold steady and when to change - you can learn this work.
