What Actually Is Dance Fitness?

Cardio disguised as dancing. You follow simple choreography to high-energy music. Latin rhythms, Broadway tunes, whatever gets you moving.

Different classes have different vibes. Some are more structured with set routines. Others are freestyle. Some focus on specific styles. Others are a mix.

The common thread: it's fun. You're not counting reps or watching a clock. You're just moving and before you know it, you've done 45 minutes of cardio.

No dance background required. The moves are designed to be picked up as you go.

Why Dance Fitness Works

Exercise shouldn't feel like a chore. But most cardio is boring as hell.

Dance fitness makes it different. The music carries you. The energy in the room lifts you. You're focused on the rhythm, not on how much longer.

What to Expect

You'll follow your instructor through routines set to music. Some moves you'll pick up immediately. Others might take a few goes. That's fine. Just keep moving.

You'll work up a sweat. Properly. Your heart rate will be up. But you won't be watching the clock because you're too busy enjoying the music.

No one's judging your moves. Everyone's focused on their own dancing. Some people are coordinated. Others are just having fun. Both are completely fine.

After, you'll be buzzing. The kind of energised that comes from moving to music you love.

Who Dance Fitness Is For

Anyone who wants cardio that doesn't feel like cardio.
