There's a difference. Tired needs rest. Depleted needs energy, challenge, something to wake your body up.
You don't need another nap. You need to move in a way that makes you feel alive again.
When Did You Go Flat?
It's not dramatic. No big moment where your energy disappeared.
Just... one day you realised you're going through the motions. Everything feels muted. You're functioning but not thriving.
You've tried resting more. Didn't help. Because rest isn't what's missing. What's missing is spark. Challenge. The feeling of your body properly working.
You need to reignite what's gone dormant.
Why Reigniting Works
Heat wakes things up. Strength work reminds you what your body can do. Dynamic movement gets your energy flowing again. Challenge makes you feel capable.
Not punishment. Not pushing through. Just giving your body what it actually needs: to be challenged, engaged, working properly.
You'll feel it during - that heat, that aliveness. You'll feel it after - energised, clearer, more like yourself.
Not a temporary buzz. Real vitality that comes from your body functioning at its best.
Ways to Reignite
Heated yoga that builds energy. Dynamic movement that challenges. Strength practices that remind you what you're capable of. Dance that makes moving fun again. Practices that get your fire back.

* Learn practical ways to weave magic back into our everyday lives.
* Engage in a creative activity to embody feminine energy.
Tea and treats will be provided to nourish your spirit.
Come, let us awaken the power within!
Please note due to wishing to hold a safe space to discuss feminine topics, this workshop is for those who identify as female only.
Pilates is for everybody - whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned mover.
Join Belle on the mat for a classical Pilates session designed to strengthen your entire body, improve posture and alignment and increase flexibility from head to toe.
In each class, we slow things down just enough to master technique, refine precision and connect every movement to your breath. This mindful approach helps you tap into a deeper mind–body connection - the heart of Pilates.
At Transcend, our practice is guided by the 6 core Principles of Pilates:
• Concentration - You should focus on your entire body to ensure each movement is completely smooth
• Control - Every exercise should be performed with complete control
• Core - All movement within Pilates origins from your centre (core)
• Flow - Exercises are intended to flow into each other helping to build strength & stamina
• Precision - Precise movements with a strong focus on technique
• Breath - Connecting the breath to the movement

Pushing and pulling is missing from many exercises classes, and this missing component can cause many issues and injuries especially wrist pain.
So what does this have to do with the Yoga Trapeze? Everything. Most students initially get interested in the Yoga Trapeze for the spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength is equally (if not more) valuable and truly “completes” yoga as a comprehensive fitness modality.
It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air? (But don’t worry, the Yoga Trapeze isn’t aerial yoga. It’s not set up that high off the ground — so if you’re afraid of heights, no need to fret about that.)
Note: This class is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have one of the following conditions: Stage 2 herniated discs, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Glaucoma, Meniere's. By booking and attending you are confirming you are not under medical care for any of these.

Our mixed ability Trapeze Yoga class is an anti-gravity class where we use both the ground and the support of the trapeze to work through a flow of exercises.
Yoga Trapeze is a fun effective way to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Relieve back pain, reduce stress, and improve your grip and core strength with the Yoga Trapeze. As well as being a great cardiovascular workout each class includes a number of inverted poses with breathwork and a guided relaxation to finish.
Inversion & Trapeze health benefits
Traction of the spine / Spine decompression
Helps to ease backpain
Push / Pull exercises
Increased core strength
Shoulder stretches
Supported backbends
Increased upper body strength
Increased grip strength
It's FUN ..........
