What the Workshop Explores

You'll explore what divine light means to you. Not abstract spiritual concepts, but your actual experience of connection, purpose, soul self. What does your light feel like? What does it want? Where has it been hiding?

Guided meditation takes you into direct experience of your divine light. Visualisation, energy work, breathwork - tools that bypass your thinking mind and let you feel what words can't quite describe.

The work is gentle but profound. Opening to your own divinity - to your essential goodness, your soul's purpose, the light that exists beneath all the conditioning and wounding - touches people deeply. Tears of recognition. Relief. Homecoming.

Sound healing and energy work amplify and integrate the experience. Higher frequencies support access to higher states. The sound helps you hold the vibration of your divine light even as you gradually return to ordinary consciousness.

After the workshop, you might feel tender, open, profoundly connected. Like you've remembered something you forgot you knew. That's your light. That's who you actually are beneath everything else.

How It Actually Feels

To its sensations, its rhythms, its subtle responses to your inner world and the world around you?

So often, we override the signals our bodies continuously send us. We disconnect, distract, push through, or numb. Over time, this leads to tension, stress, fatigue, discomfort, dis-ease, and a sense of separation from ourselves.

This immersion is an invitation to return home to yourself.
To feel.
To listen.
To soften.
To reconnect with the intelligence of your body, again and again.

Through somatic yoga, embodied movement, breath, stillness, and rest you will learn to attune to the subtle sensations that are always present beneath the noise. You will discover what it means to inhabit your body with gentle curiosity and compassion.

This is a practice of intimacy with your own presence.

As you build your capacity to be with sensation, you will begin to meet yourself with greater depth, acceptance, love, and presence. Here, your nervous system learns safety and recalibrates. Your mind relaxes. Your body feels lighter, more alive, and more at ease.

From this place, presence, peace and nourishment arise naturally.
