To its sensations, its rhythms, its subtle responses to your inner world and the world around you?
So often, we override the signals our bodies continuously send us. We disconnect, distract, push through, or numb. Over time, this leads to tension, stress, fatigue, discomfort, dis-ease, and a sense of separation from ourselves.
This immersion is an invitation to return home to yourself.

To reconnect with the intelligence of your body, again and again.
Through somatic yoga, embodied movement, breath, stillness, and rest you will learn to attune to the subtle sensations that are always present beneath the noise. You will discover what it means to inhabit your body with gentle curiosity and compassion.
This is a practice of intimacy with your own presence.
As you build your capacity to be with sensation, you will begin to meet yourself with greater depth, acceptance, love, and presence. Here, your nervous system learns safety and recalibrates. Your mind relaxes. Your body feels lighter, more alive, and more at ease.
From this place, presence, peace and nourishment arise naturally.
