Your body's been compensating. For that old injury. For sitting all day. For carrying stress in your shoulders for so long they've forgotten where they're supposed to be.
Realignment is about helping your body remember how it's meant to work.
How Did Everything Get So Out of Line?
It happens slowly. A twinge you ignore. A habit you don't notice forming. Your body adapting to pain or limitation until the adaptation becomes the problem.
Now everything's tight in weird places. Things hurt that shouldn't. Movement feels harder than it should.
Your body's not broken. It's just been doing its best with what you've given it. Time to help it function better.
Why Realignment Works
When your body's aligned properly, everything works better. Movement feels easier. Chronic pain often improves. You stop fighting against yourself.
Targeted bodywork that addresses compensation patterns. Movement practices that retrain how your body works. Regular attention to what needs adjusting.
It's not about perfect posture or ideal alignment. It's about your body functioning well for how you actually use it.
Not a quick fix. Steady work that creates lasting change.
Ways to Realign
Therapeutic massage for chronic tension. Pilates for stability and function. Yoga that addresses imbalances. Movement that retrains patterns. Bodywork that releases what's holding.

Step into a dynamic and energizing heated vinyasa class designed to ignite your inner fire and leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply grounded.
The room is gently warmed with heat lamps to create a cozy, supportive environment that allows your body to open safely and sweat with purpose.
Each class begins with a mindful warm-up to awaken the body and prepare you for movement. We then build into a creative and spicy flow - intelligently sequenced to generate internal heat and strength, often leading to a peak pose.
After moving through challenge and release, we shift into a soothing cool down and a deeply restorative savasana, where you can fully let go of any stagnant or unwanted energy.
To close, I offer a moment of stillness with optional essential oils and space to set or return to your sankalpa - a heartfelt intention to carry off the mat and into your life.
All levels are welcome, though a basic familiarity with vinyasa is helpful. Come ready to move, sweat, breathe, and reset.
Pilates is for everybody - whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned mover.
Join Belle on the mat for a classical Pilates session designed to strengthen your entire body, improve posture and alignment and increase flexibility from head to toe.
In each class, we slow things down just enough to master technique, refine precision and connect every movement to your breath. This mindful approach helps you tap into a deeper mind–body connection - the heart of Pilates.
At Transcend, our practice is guided by the 6 core Principles of Pilates:
• Concentration - You should focus on your entire body to ensure each movement is completely smooth
• Control - Every exercise should be performed with complete control
• Core - All movement within Pilates origins from your centre (core)
• Flow - Exercises are intended to flow into each other helping to build strength & stamina
• Precision - Precise movements with a strong focus on technique
• Breath - Connecting the breath to the movement

Inversion & Trapeze health benefits

Increased upper body strength
Increased grip strength
It's FUN ..........
Pushing and pulling is missing from many exercises classes, and this missing component can cause many issues and injuries especially wrist pain.
So what does this have to do with the Yoga Trapeze? Everything. Most students initially get interested in the Yoga Trapeze for the spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength is equally (if not more) valuable and truly “completes” yoga as a comprehensive fitness modality.
It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air? (But don’t worry, the Yoga Trapeze isn’t aerial yoga. It’s not set up that high off the ground — so if you’re afraid of heights, no need to fret about that.)
Note: This class is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have one of the following conditions: Stage 2 herniated discs, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Glaucoma, Meniere's. By booking and attending you are confirming you are not under medical care for any of these.
Join Maria for a dose of medicine for the modern mind; a nourishing, grounding practice with longer holds in postures and an emphasis on creating stability and calmness of both body and mind.

Pilates is for everybody - whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned mover.
Join Belle on the mat for a classical Pilates session designed to strengthen your entire body, improve posture and alignment and increase flexibility from head to toe.
