Who is Julie?

Hello, I’m Julie! I’m a holistic therapist and sound practitioner based here at Transcend Studios. For me, healing always starts with one thing—being kind to yourself. Life’s hard enough without us beating ourselves up every step of the way. I believe real transformation happens when we learn to forgive ourselves, let go of the pressure to be perfect, and start treating ourselves with the same care we give everyone else.

That’s where my work comes in. Whether it’s a sound bath, energy healing, or a hands-on treatment, I see it all as an act of self-care—your way of saying to yourself, I deserve this. These moments of stillness, rest, and gentle nurturing are more than just ‘treats’; they’re how we remind ourselves we matter. Sound is a big part of my approach because it has this amazing ability to quiet the noise in your head and help you drop into a place of calm. Sometimes it’s the first time in ages someone actually lets themselves just be.

I also hold women’s circles and workshops, both here at Transcend and in my local community. These spaces are about connection—coming together, being real, and reminding each other we’re not alone. Whether you join me for a treatment, a circle, or a sound journey, my hope is that you leave feeling softer, lighter, and just a little bit more at peace with yourself. Because you deserve that—we all do.
