Vinyasa Yoga

Movement that doesn't stop to think.

One breath, one movement. Flowing from pose to pose. The kind of practice that gets you out of your head and into your body.

Challenge without force. Flow without performance. Just you, your breath, and what your body can do right now.

What Actually Is Vinyasa?

Flowing yoga. You move with your breath - inhale into one shape, exhale into another. Poses link together in sequences that build heat and momentum.

Different teachers create different flows. Some stick to traditional sequences. Others get creative. Some focus on alignment and precision. Others emphasise fluidity and expression.

The common thread: movement doesn't stop. You're not holding poses for ages. You're flowing through them, using breath as the guide.

We offer vinyasa at different intensities - from gentle flows to strong, dynamic practices. Class descriptions tell you what to expect.

Why Vinyasa Helps

You need to get out of your head. Stop thinking. Stop planning. Stop replaying conversations from three days ago.

Vinyasa makes that happen. When you're linking breath and movement, there's no space for mental chatter. You're too busy being present.

It builds strength without being boring. Improves mobility whilst you're focused on something else. Creates heat that releases what's stuck.

People come for stress relief, building strength, improving flexibility, or just because they need to move.

What to Expect

You'll flow through sequences that your teacher calls out or demonstrates. Some familiar poses. Some that challenge you.

Your breath sets the pace. Inhale, move into the pose. Exhale, move out of it. The rhythm becomes meditative when you stop thinking about it.

You'll work up a sweat. Some classes more than others. You'll feel muscles working. Nothing punishing - just properly engaged.

All classes end with rest. This is when your nervous system integrates everything.

Who Vinyasa Is For

Anyone who wants to move.

New to yoga? Start with a gentler flow. Been practising a while? Stronger sessions give you more challenge. Dealing with injury? Tell your teacher - everything can be modified.

You don't need to be fit. You don't need to be flexible. You just need to be willing to move and breathe.

All bodies welcome. Every level. No judgement.
