Gong Bath

Our green-ceilinged creative space, a table full of materials and a few hours where nobody expects you to be good at anything. Making things is nervous system work too.

Infrared Sound Bath

Warmth from infrared panels meets the deep resonance of gongs, bowls and chimes. A sound bath that wraps you in gentle heat while the vibrations do their work.

Mama Zen Circle

Relaxation and connection for new mums and babies. Baby massage, gentle sound, and a soft landing into motherhood — held in a calm, welcoming circle.
