Gong Bath
A room full of gongs and nothing for you to do but lie down. The sound arrives in waves, big enough that you feel it in your chest before you've decided how you feel about it.
Gongs work differently to bowls. They're louder, wider, less polite. That's the point. When the sound is that big, your thinking brain gives up trying to track it.

What Actually Happens
You arrive, get comfortable on a mat with blankets and bolsters, and settle. There's a short grounding practice so your body knows it can stop.
Then the gongs start. Quiet at first, building into waves that fill the room, then falling away again. Chimes and bowls thread through the bigger sound.
At the end, silence. Long enough to notice how different you feel. Then tea, and no pressure to talk about any of it.
Who This Is For
Anyone who can't switch off. People who find seated meditation impossible but can manage lying down while sound does the work.
No experience needed. You don't have to believe in anything. You just have to lie there.
