Full Moon Circle
The full moon amplifies everything. Emotions peak. Energy rises. Whatever you've been avoiding all month - it surfaces now.
These monthly gatherings combine sound healing, energy work, and intentional ritual to work with full moon energy rather than being overwhelmed by it. You set intentions. Release what's ready to go. Call in what you need. The circle holds you through it.
Whether you believe in moon energy or just need a monthly reset, the circle creates space for both.

What Happens in Circle
You'll set an intention. What you're releasing with this full moon. What you're calling in. Sometimes this is clear before you arrive. Other times it emerges in the circle. Both are fine. The group energy helps you access what's true even when you're not sure.
Sound healing forms the core of the circle. Bowls, gongs, chimes creating frequencies that support release and integration. The sound bypasses your thinking brain, works directly on your nervous system, creates space for whatever needs to shift.
Energy work happens throughout. Sometimes specific healing offered to individuals. Sometimes the whole circle held in Reiki or other modalities. The facilitators read the room, respond to what's needed.
Movement and sound help access what words won't reach. You might rage, scream, cry, laugh - whatever needs moving through. The sound creates safety for messy, honest release. No one's performing. Everyone's processing.
There's space for sharing at the end for those who want to speak. Witnessing each other's process. Knowing you're not alone in carrying shadow, in having parts you've learned to hide. The circle creates safety for vulnerability.
How Circle Feels
Some people feel the full moon building for days before circle. Others notice it most acutely during the session. Either way, by the time you leave, something's shifted. The intensity has peaked and begun to wane.
Emotions surface without warning. You might cry and not know why. Laugh inappropriately. Feel anger or grief or joy moving through. The sound creates safety for whatever needs to emerge. The facilitators hold space for all of it without judgment.
After circle, you might sleep deeply or struggle to sleep at all. Full moon energy affects people differently. Honour what your body needs. Integration happens over the following days as the moon wanes and what shifted in circle settles into place.
Some people experience visions, downloads, guidance. Others just release and rest. There's no right way to do full moon work. Your process is your process.
Who Belongs in Circle
First-timers might feel nervous about group vulnerability. That's normal. You share only what you want to share. You can be held by the circle without performing for it.
Women especially often feel strong lunar connections - menstrual cycles syncing with moon phases, emotional tides rising and falling monthly. But full moon energy affects everyone regardless of gender. All are welcome in circle.
If you're processing something big - grief, transition, life changes - full moon circles create space for that processing in community. You're not doing it alone. The circle holds you.
People who track lunar cycles, work with moon magic, or feel emotionally affected by full moons find these gatherings essential. They give structure to energy that can otherwise feel chaotic or overwhelming.
