In each workshop, we will journey beyond the surface, uncovering the truth of our history as women – a history that has been manipulated and rewritten. We'll begin to understand our true power and how it has been suppressed, paving the way to reclaim it with fierce grace.

We will:

* Unearth ancient wisdom and forgotten lore.
* Connect with our inner selves through guided meditations and introspective exercises.
* Learn practical ways to weave magic back into our everyday lives.
* Engage in a creative activity to embody feminine energy.

An invitation to an Alternative Friday Night with a twist...

We invite you to take a break from your normal Friday routine to join us and immerse yourself in an extraordinary Friday night experience with Dan, as we explore higher states of consciousness for the mind, body, and spirit.

Alternative Friday Night is a monthly event brought to you by Dan Dawson bringing together a number of conscious practises which change each month 🗓

The guided breathwork journey sequences will change each month, and we will be working through different themes; this may be to do with our belief systems or emotions.

June's theme is Shamanic Activation. A grounded yet powerful journey inspired by shamanic traditions. Expect breath, rhythm, and inward travel connecting to instinct, intuition, and the deeper wisdom within you.

Using a variety of breathing methods depending on the theme of the evening. This will be supported by uniquely chosen music to support the journey.

The intention of the evening is to let the breath and the music and the sound do the work - you just have to turn up and be guided.

The breath may bring emotions up for us or even bring tears of joy, the breathwork will be perfectly designed to prepare you for second element of our evening to clear our mind and create state of stillness.

There is no experience needed. Each breathing method will be explained and guided with best practice.

Journalling will be encouraged to really enhance the capabilities of release throughout the breathwork journey.

Please ensure to read the activity disclaimer before attending the session. If possible do not eat anything 90 mins before attending the session. The rest we will explain on the evening.
