What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapy rooted in Ayurveda, practised in India for over 2,000 years. It focuses on massaging acupressure points across the head, neck and shoulders, using gentle circular strokes to ease tension and restore balance. It’s perfect if you’re holding stress in your upper body, struggling with headaches, or just need a mental reset. This treatment is done seated, through light clothing and requires no oils – making it a great option if you’re new to massage or prefer something simple but powerful.
