This month, we sit down with Amie, a gifted practitioner whose work with Angelic Reiki, crystal healing, tarot and sound therapy has helped many reconnect with their inner peace and purpose.

Q: What first drew you to energy healing and the modalities you now teach and practice?
I’ve always been drawn to spirituality – it’s been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I sat in spiritual classes from a very young age, and I was gifted my first crystal and oracle deck when I was just seven years old. That’s really when my love and fascination began.
Throughout my teens, I dipped in and out of spiritual practices. I’d carry crystals in my shirt pocket and read energy for my friends just for fun. In my early twenties, I continued doing readings for those close to me, though it was still more of a personal passion, as I was studying and travelling a lot at the time.
Things shifted in my mid-twenties when I was navigating PTSD and postnatal depression. I naturally returned to my spiritual practices for support, and they became a huge part of my healing journey. I started an Instagram page to share information on crystals and began offering readings, and the response was overwhelming. People started reaching out, and I realised how much these practices were helping others, too. That’s when I felt called to deepen my knowledge and expand into the full range of modalities I now teach and practice.
Q: Can you explain what Angelic Reiki is for those new to it?
Angelic Reiki is a gentle yet incredibly powerful form of energy healing. While it shares similarities with Usui Reiki, the main difference lies in how the energy is channelled. In Angelic Reiki, the practitioner connects directly with the Angelic realm, allowing these high-vibrational beings to facilitate the healing process.
This divine energy brings deep healing and balance to the mind, body, and soul. It’s a truly beautiful experience – both powerful and comforting – and from both personal experience and working with clients, I can honestly say it has the potential to change lives.
Q: Why would someone look for healing with modalities such as crystals, Reiki, or sound?
I think more and more people today are seeking support in a holistic, natural way. Modalities like crystal healing, Reiki, and sound therapy offer a gentle yet powerful approach to improving emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Crystals, in particular, are a beautiful and accessible tool for healing. Once you understand how to work with a specific crystal and tap into its unique properties, it can be truly transformative. I’ve had several clients share how crystal healing has helped them change their lives – whether through manifesting new opportunities, navigating deep emotional healing, or finding the clarity to make big, life-changing decisions.
Q: What can someone expect from their first 1:1 treatment with you?
My one-to-one sessions are a safe, supportive, and open space where clients can explore and process their healing journey at their own pace. We begin by discussing your intention for the session, and from there, I allow whatever needs to come up to naturally unfold.
Each session is deeply relaxing, intuitive, and conducted with love, understanding, and clear communication. Every treatment is tailored specifically to the client—I work closely with you, using my skills and intuition to guide the session based on what you need most in that moment.
There’s always space for you to share and explore emotions in a nurturing, judgment-free environment. Some clients choose to work with me over time with a more structured plan, while others simply come for one-off sessions. However you choose to work with me, my goal is always the same: to hold space, help you release what no longer serves you, and remind you of your own strength and power. I’m simply here to support your journey and help you reconnect with your own inner healing.
Q: You also run workshops and trainings—who are they for?
I do! My workshops are for anyone who wants to explore or expand their spiritual journey, whether you’re brand new to spirituality or a lifelong seeker. Each session is open and welcoming to all, no matter where you are on your path. They’re always deep, fun, and informative, and I absolutely love the community that’s formed around them. People often leave feeling relaxed, empowered, and inspired, having learned something new about themselves and their energy. Some of my favourites are the classes I get to run for kids and families, like the Crystal Kids Club and Family Sound Bath.
My trainings are equally open. Whether you’re hoping to become a practitioner or simply want to understand your own energy on a deeper level, these courses are transformative, educational, and healing. Some attendees are at the very beginning of their journey, while others are ready to start offering healing to others. I feel so honoured to share my knowledge and witness people using these teachings to uplift themselves—and those around them.
Q: What do you love most about the work you do?
I truly love helping, supporting, and guiding others through this journey we call life. This work deeply fulfils me – it’s always been my calling to help others, and now I get to do that in a way where I can witness real, powerful shifts.
There’s nothing like seeing someone leave a session feeling lighter, more grounded, or hearing how their life has changed because of the support and guidance they received. I love watching people come together in community, share their experiences, and support one another. Most of all, I feel so inspired seeing people step fully into their power and take control of their healing. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness, and I feel incredibly grateful to call this my job. I hope to continue this work for many years to come.
