Hi! I’m Liv, a Manchester-born-and-bred Holistic Practitioner who combines Healing therapies with Spirituality, to create a compassionate and intuitive approach to self-care. My work is deeply rooted in empathy, offering a safe and inclusive space for people to explore their healing journey. I’m especially passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent communities, creating a space where individuality is celebrated, and authenticity is embraced, but all are welcome!
My practices integrate Spiritual principles with tailored healing modalities such as Massage Therapy, Sound Healing, Meditation, Forest Therapy, Energy work, and Crystal Healing. Acknowledging the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, I believe that healing is not just about resolving physical pain but about releasing traumas or stagnant energy from our electromagnetic fields too.

As a Neurodivergent woman, I understand how sensory processing & self-care aversion can shape our aspects of life. Whether it’s guiding clients toward emotional release, spiritual insights, or simply holding space for them to feel seen, safe & valued – I am committed to helping others to heal and thrive comfortably. With this ideology in mind, all of my therapies are adaptable to each person’s sensory ‘icks’ or preferences. For example; smells, lights, sounds and textures can be adjusted to meet each client’s needs or limits.
For me, this work is a sacred journey—one that honors the messiness and magic of being human while empowering others to regulate their own internal systems and mental health support.
A bit personal…
As a Virgo with a Capricorn Moon and Scorpio Rising (+ stellium), my astrological chart reflects the grounded and transformative nature I bring to my life and work. This has harmonised with my personal life as a single mother where I’ve learned resilience and the importance of creating nurturing spaces—not just for my child — but also for myself and my clients. My belief systems are also deeply rooted in Pagan-based history, which aligns me with the cycles of nature and energy, as well as my witchy tendencies that infuse my practice with ritual, intention, and magic. I love to be guided by seasonal changes and Moon phases, ensuring my own body’s cycles are in tune with the environment that surrounds me. I encourage anyone to look into their own blueprint of existence and retrieve their Birth/Natal Astrological Chart, as this can aid with challenging life transitions and stresses. I like to see it as a blurb of your own story!
On the back of that, as a 30-year-old woman with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), learning how my natural cycles dictate my hormones, eating habits, sleep schedule, work productivity, emotional balance, parenting skills, social interactions AND the whole homeostasis of my body – has been life-changing. There’s definitely a lack of education surrounding female hormones/menstrual cycles so I self-taught in time luckily, and now use holistic nutrition, natural remedies and healing modalities to manage my health. PMDD is a co-morbidity of ADHD making it a double-whammy of dysregulation when I’m not focused on being balanced. Creating Holistically Liv was a space for myself to start again, from scratch, and join the ‘big unlearning’. The most basic things you can think of like learning to Breathe properly, drink clean water & move my body sown the seeds that grew into the canopy of the self-healing tools that I have now. Basically, taking it back to basics via the roots of nature started my path towards this.
My journey to Massage

At the heart of everything I do is Spirituality. I don’t see healing as a purely physical or psychological process—it’s about connecting to something greater than ourselves. For some, this might mean aligning with their higher self or intuition; for others, it could involve connecting with the energy of the universe or their ancestors. For me, the volume of my faith in Healing was filled by Community & the back of other people’s love and support.
One of the most profound ways I connect with others is through Intuitive Massage. Unlike traditional Massage therapies that follow strict techniques and routines, Intuitive Massage is guided by the energy and needs of the individual. I listen—not just with my hands but with my heart and intuition—to the subtle cues of the body and follow them.
This practice is deeply personal, as no two sessions are the same. Some clients may need physical release, while others carry emotional or energetic tension that could do with gentle attention. By tuning into these layers, we create a space where healing can unfold naturally, allowing the body’s innate wisdom to guide the process. Touch is so powerful—it has the ability to ground, comfort, and heal but also negatively affect someone too. That’s why I find it paramount that my own state of energy & mind is top tier in preparation for a healthy energy exchange.
It sounds cliche but I always say; I didn’t find Massage, Massage found me and it’s true. As someone who has suffered with PTSD for a number of years, I felt uncomfortable receiving a hug from a friend with zero desire to receive massages myself. Massage encouraged me to open my boundaries and learn how to feel safe within my own body by pushing me out of my comfort zone and learning to trust that.

I was originally trained by a Women’s CIC named Women with Wings, who help vulnerable women better themselves in personal and career developments. I had just dropped out of uni (for the second time in my life) due to the demands of At-Home learning conditions introduced via COVID-19. I couldn’t keep up with the online-based deadlines and disconnected teaching so ultimately left my third-year Psychology degree behind. I trained and began offering free Massages in the local churches to Non-English Mothers needing some nurturing and fell in love with how Massage connected us all. From there I worked at a couple of events offering Pop-Up style Massage corners until Paulo (the Transcend Studios founder) met me and offered me to join their beautiful Transcend Tribe in 2023. 18 months later and I can say the training and support I’ve been shown from the community there has skyrocketed my practices into what they are today, adding Sound Healing & Guided Meditation to my bow of skills and gaining my Reiki attunement through them.
A bit deeper…
Living with ADHD has been both a challenge and a gift. It has shaped how I experience the world—heightening my sensitivity to energy, emotions, and environments. While navigating neurodivergence hasn’t always been easy, it has given me a unique perspective that informs my work as a Healing Therapy Practitioner. Learning to manage the ebb and flow of these medical labels has further led me to understand my own needs and how to develop a routine that meets them.

One of the most transformative tools I’ve discovered is forest bathing—a practice rooted in the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku. Spending time in nature, surrounded by the gentle hum of life and the grounding presence of trees, has been an anchor for my own self-regulation – In the forest, everything slows down. In my practice, I like to encourage clients to explore this connection as a way to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and find balance. Whether it’s guiding a meditation among the trees or simply encouraging mindful walks, nature remains a central part of my healing philosophy.
Traditional medicine practices also play a significant role in my approach. I draw inspiration from ancient wisdom, whether it’s the use of adaptogenic herbs in my home blended oils to support stress resilience or the grounding rituals found in Ayurveda or Traditional Chinese Medicine. These practices remind us that healing isn’t a modern invention—it’s something humanity has been cultivating for centuries and was the original source. However, it’s important to show gratitude and respect for the borrowing of this wisdom and tools, and use ethical reasoning when utilising culturally centred items/rituals/systems.
Whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, find balance, or explore the magic of intuitive healing, we are here to walk that path with you. Together, we’ll honour your journey, celebrate your growth, and uncover the tools to help you thrive—not just survive.
Thank you for allowing me to share a part of my story with you. I hope it inspires you to take a small step toward your own healing journey to self regulation & love.
