Who is Elaine?
I’m Elaine and run Mama Mondays and Mama & Baby Zen. As a mum of three with an early years background, I understand how important those early days of connection are — for both babies and mums. My classes are a gentle, welcoming space where you can relax, bond with your baby, and find community with other mums.
Mama Mondays is a super cute mum and baby social, where mums can chat over a cuppa whilst their baby plays with all the thoughtfully chosen resources. Mama & Baby Zen is a really special session that blends baby massage with a relaxing sound bath, where you can slow down and rest together.
I love what I do and I’m passionate about creating nurturing spaces to support mums and their little ones.
