These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Transcend regarding our treatments, classes, events, courses, room hire, and other services.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made online, in person, or over the phone.
Payment is required in advance for most bookings; some in-person services may accept payment on the day.
Bookings are subject to our Lateness, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, which can be viewed here.

Age Restrictions

Treatments (including tarot readings and coaching) are for individuals aged 18+ unless parental consent is provided and the therapist agrees.
Parent & Baby classes and certain children’s events are available – these will be clearly marked.
DBS-checked facilitators will lead any classes or events involving children.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before treatments or physical classes.
Doctor’s consent may be required for pregnancy or certain postnatal treatments.
You participate in all activities at your own risk. We do not provide medical advice.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is disrespectful or does not align with our values.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling in line with our policies.
