Who is Gordon?

I’ve always walked the line between mystery and laughter—between the seen and unseen, the everyday and the uncanny. I’m Gordon Astley, though some know me simply as The Reader, and I’m not here to impress you. I’m here to connect with you.

My life’s work isn’t about giving answers or showing off knowledge. It’s about holding space for those rare, precious moments when something clicks deep inside you. When you remember that there’s more going on than we can measure or explain.

I tell stories. I listen deeply. I play with archetypes, images, silence, and symbolism. I invite people into spaces where time stretches and the air gets thick with possibility. Sometimes that looks like a tarot reading, sometimes it’s a performance, sometimes it’s just sitting in the strange stillness of something sacred.
