Who is Emma?

A lockdown pivot gave me time and space to re-train in fitness: a lifelong passion. Over the following years, I built up my business in personal training and coaching, and then added Yoga to the mix!! It was the best decision yet.

I love how Yoga can slow me down and reconnect with my quieter parts, while also being bold, creative, and strong. I teach with this balance of aspects (for you can’t have one without the other). My 300-hour YTT cultivated an energising practice with Jivamukti and Ashtanga influences, but I’ve developed a more gentle style as time has passed.

You can expect bold, simple patterns in a vinyasa style, threaded together with a sprinkle of heart and a dash of intention.

I can’t wait to see you on the mat, where we’ll quiet the racing mind, and nurture the body with mindful movement and breath.
