Who is Em?

I’m a yoga, Pilates, and personal trainer with a deep belief that movement is medicine—for both the body and the mind. With years of experience guiding people of all levels, I focus on making fitness and wellbeing accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. My philosophy: when we move with awareness, we nurture not only our physical strength and mobility through movement, but also our mental and emotional resilience.

Alongside my work in movement, I’m training as a counsellor, bringing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. By combining mindful movement with compassionate support, my aim is to help people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected—inside and out.

I first met wonderful Paulo at the Monton studio in 2019, I was looking to personal train clients and run classes from, the moment I spoke to Paulo and heard all about Transcend, I knew I wanted to be apart of it, and the amazing community he was growing there, it’s such a special place, Transcend has always felt like an anchor even if life has ever felt a bit unsteady x
