Who is Ben?

Ben trained professionally at the London Studio Centre and Pineapple Dance Studios. He has worked extensively as a professional dancer for over 18 years across both stage and screen, travelling worldwide within this industry. He is also a working professional model in print, runway and commercials.

With the nature of his work, he developed a strong passion for fitness as it was an integral part of both the dance and modelling industries. Ignited and inspired by the original fitness Guru herself – Jane Fonda, Ben dived deep into the fitness industry too. Alongside his extensive dance performance experience he has BA (Hons) Degree in Theatre Dance (Jazz Dance Major), is a REPS Level 2 trained Exercise to Music, Aerobics and Body Conditioning instructor, Barre instructor ( Barre Foundations, Resistance Band Barre Sculpting, HIIT Sweat Barre, Barre restore and stretch and also Advanced Barre technique) Kettlebell instructor, Suspension training (TRX) instructor, Myofascial release stretch instructor, Spin instructor, Pilates instructor, REPS Level 2 Gym Instructor and REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer as well as 1-2-1 online coaching.

His style is hot, strong, fun with the edge of sass 😉 He brings the energy, passion and excitement back to exercise. Expect a great body, and a great burn with a Jane Fonda touch 😉
