The Strawberry Full Moon
Taking place in the same month as the Summer Solstice, this is associated with abundance and expansion of the Earth and all its fruits.
We are all connected to this beautiful Earth. We may grow and expand our awareness and grow our dreams and desires just like the flowers and the fruits.
A reminder that self-care is a must to enable full bloom.
A suggestion to take a notepad and jot down your answers to the following questions below 👇
🍓 What can you let go of that does NOT bring you joy?
(It’s really ok to do this.) It could be that spoon of sugar in your tea, or something bigger like a negative relationship with yourself or someone else.
🍓 Acknowledge the last 3 months and how far you have come.
Have gratitude for your journey. Write down something you’ve accomplished. Could be anything from taking the stairs instead of the lift, being kind to yourself, or a project completion.
🍓 A further look back to 2023 – what have you learnt, if anything?
Congratulate yourself on your wins, no matter how small.

What do you want more of?
Create a new vision – what dreams can you build on for the next 3 months and beyond?
Connect as much with nature as you can this month, as this will help to harvest all of your best ideas.
Don’t be afraid to dream and step out of the box. Your vision is unique – colour it with the brightest of colours.
