What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice that helps you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. This class focuses on mindful movement, steady postures and soothing breathwork to ease tension and calm the mind. With a blend of strengthening poses and restorative stretches, you support your body while creating space for quiet reflection. Whether you want to unwind after a busy day or build a deeper connection to your practice, this class offers a peaceful space for you to simply be.

Restorative Movement

This practice uses slow, steady movement to release tension from the body and help your nervous system settle. You move with intention, giving your body the chance to soften and open without force. It is ideal if you feel stressed or wound up and need a class that guides you back into ease.

Inner Awareness

Hatha Yoga invites you to tune inwards and pay attention to what you feel in each moment. Through breath, posture and gentle reflection, the class helps you develop self-awareness and a clearer sense of what your body and mind need. It supports you in finding calm within yourself.

Grounding and Balance

The slow pace of this class helps you build balance and grounding, both physically and emotionally. With time to settle into each pose, you create stability in your body and space in your mind. This makes it easier to leave class feeling centred, steady and more connected to yourself.
