What is Baby Yoga (with Baby Massage)?

A 45-minute yoga class designed for parents and babies to bond through gentle stretching, movement, music, and massage. This class integrates yoga poses with baby massage techniques, supporting both parent and child in a fun, interactive, and nurturing environment. The session promotes better sleep, improves baby’s bodily systems, and encourages physical and mental development. For parents, it helps with posture, flexibility, and strength while easing the physical demands of lifting, carrying, and feeding. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other local parents.

Supports Baby’s Development

The combination of movement and massage helps babies develop muscle strength, joint flexibility, and coordination. Gentle stretches and soothing massage techniques support their overall physical and mental growth, promoting relaxation and better sleep.
