Jen’s yoga journey spans over a decade, but it was motherhood that truly shaped her teaching path. Now specialising in baby yoga and pregnancy yoga, she helps parents and little ones bond through movement and massage. Her classes are as much about connection as they are about stretching.
Kieva (She/Her)
Parent & Baby Wellness Practitioner
Keiva supports parents and babies in feeling calm, connected, and nourished. With a background in early years and a deep passion for infant mental health, her classes blend soulful care with neuroscience-backed practices. She creates safe, soothing spaces for bonding, healing, and growing. Reminding parents of the power they already hold.
