Yoga Mama & Baby Whisperer – Bonding, breathwork, and keeping parenthood real.
Who is Jen?
Jen is a certified yoga instructor based in Manchester. Jen has practised Yoga for over 10 years, she found her love for yoga grew and decided to follow her passion and enrolled on the yoga teacher training course. She has studied with several yoga bodies. Including the British wheel of yoga, Yoga Campus Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga with Birthlight.
Upon becoming pregnant in 2017 she started teaching Baby yoga & Massage, so she could introduce her little girl into the world of yoga and continue her love of yoga while on maternity leave. This is now her main focus and loves to meet mums and babies each week teaching them how to introduce massage and yoga into the babies’ daily routines for fun, bonding and connection together.
Following on from this Jen has trained in pregnancy yoga and is now teaching future Mummies techniques to relax, calm and aid birth, calling on her own experience during pregnancy to guide mums further.
