Pilates Powerhouse – Strength, stretch, and feeling good in your body at every stage.
Who is Belle?
Having fallen in love with Pilates after the birth of my third child in 2010, I decided to embark on my teacher training journey in 2016. After qualifying in 2017 I started teaching and building up my classes in and around Manchester.
My love for movement and teaching has continued to grow over the years and I’ve taken further teacher training in Pre/Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Runners, Pilates for Children & teens, Pilates Barre Method & Trapeze Yoga.
More recently I have embarked on training specifically for women’s health specialising in Peri-Menopause. This is something I am extremely passionate about and am looking forward to offering additional classes and workshops soon.
I love teaching and nothing makes me happier than seeing my students progress with their practice, moving mindfully, without restrictions and gaining strength that they did not think was possible.
