What is Baby Yoga and Baby Massage?

A soothing space for you and your baby to bond through gentle movement, mindful breath, music, and loving touch. Our Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes support your baby’s growth while offering a chance to rest, reset, and connect with your own body. Whether you’re here for the stretches, the cuddles, the community (or all of it) you’re in the right place.

Builds Baby’s Wellbeing and Body Awareness

These classes offer gentle techniques that support your baby’s natural development. From calming routines that aid digestion and sleep, to guided stretches and massage that support motor skills and coordination, each session helps strengthen their body and soothe their nervous system. All while deepening your connection.

Supports Postnatal Recovery and Emotional Regulation

For parents, these classes offer a moment to reset. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and shared routines with your baby, you’ll gently rebuild core strength, ease physical tension, and create space for emotional processing. It’s about restoring balance in a way that meets you where you are.

Fosters Bonding and a Sense of Belonging

These sessions are as much about community as they are about connection. You’ll learn nurturing touch, playful movements, and intuitive ways to communicate with your baby. All while being held in a welcoming, supportive group of fellow parents who get it.
