Who is Bex?
Hi, I’m Bex!
Self-confessed corporate girlie by day, hippie by night – you’ll find me at our co-working space, at one of our classes, or smiling behind the counter selling you crystals at FLOW in Salford Quays!
I found transcend while looking for a welcoming space to practice yoga, pilates, and meditation close to my new home in Media City and felt a part of the tribe from the get-go.
Since then, the team has opened my eyes to sound baths, astrology, tarot card readings, and introduced me to some of the best massage therapists in the north west.
I can’t wait to see you at FLOW!
